Latest information about paper submission

Abstracts submission is closed.

The plenary lectures, oral presentations and posters can be published in a supplement volume of Phytologia Balcanica – an international journal issued by the Institute of Botany, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The authors who intend to publish their presentations in this way are kindly requested to submit an electronic version and one printed copy at the Registration Desk of the Congress by 25th June 2006. For preparation of manuscripts please follow the “Instructions to the authors” of Phytologia Balcanica: http://www.bio.bas.bg/~phytolbalcan/.

The papers will not be reviewed but only edited. However, the Editorial Board retains the right to reject papers that do not correspond to the standards and style of the Journal.

Important information (updated)
Due to the high number of contributions to be published in the Congress volume of Phytologia Balcanica, the Organizing Committee strongly recommends the following length of manuscripts:
- for oral presentations - 18 pages (including text and illustrations), double spaced;
- for poster presentations - 12 pages (including text and illustrations), double spaced.
