Tips for on-line registration for the IV BBC

• Before you proceed you will need a valid and functional e-mail address.
  
  
• If you have received already your Registration ID Number and Registration ID String, you may proceed further with your registration.
  
  
• If you have not received your Registration ID Number and Registration ID String, you have to send by e-mail your First Name, Last Name, Country, and E-mail address with a subject line: registration. In a few days you will receive your Registration ID Number and Registration ID String and may proceed further with your registration.
  
  
• Registration and abstracts submission are separate processes. You may register without submitting an abstract.
  
  
• Please, use only the English alphabet and English transcription in your registration. No Latin characters with accents and Central and East European alphabets, please!
  
  
• Please, note that the excursions and field trips are organized only for the participants in the Congress. When registering, please, mark the corresponding excursion or field trip you would like to take part in.
  
  
• Cookies and other technical issues: our server sends cookies, but if you are concerned with them, you may safely block them. The site works well without cookies also. If you encounter an error message saying "The document contains no data", please, reload the page again.
  
  
• Unfortunately the abstracts submission period coinsides with a technical upgrade of the Internet infrastructure of the Campus of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Therefore you may encounter temporary slow connection to our server or lack of connection at all. In this case, try to connect an hour or so later. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope it will not occure at all!
  
  
• Security and personal information.
  For the security of the participants in the Congress we require you to register even if you do not like to receive the Congress materials but you are a co-author and would like to attend the Congress Sessions. In this case when registering, plese, select "registration without payment".
  We do not need information about your credit cards and Social Security Number, so please, do not put them on any site pretending to be a IV BBC site! We do our best to keep your personal data secure and do not pass them to third parties. Please, do not give your Registration ID Number and Registration ID String to other people!
  
  
• If you encounter any problems with your registration, please, do not hesitate to write an e-mail with a subject line: registration problem.
